Daily Programmes

Programmes: The day starts at 9.30 am with coffee and introductions then we get on to the interesting bit where you get to create your chosen taste of Greece.

There will be no more than 8 people on the course at any time creating a friendly atmosphere for a complete hands-on experience.

Monday:

Create the beautiful intense flavours of Stifado, typically Greek with many variations across the Greek Islands. Hummus and Tzatziki.

Tuesday

Moussaka with Greek Salad – a very tasty Greek dish with aubergines and mince and a creamy béchamel sauce. Hummus and Tzatziki

Wednesday

Spanakopita – Spinach and Feta cheese in a filo pastry pie, delicious served hot or cold. Hummus and Tzatziki.

Thursday

Kleftiko – slow cooked lamb with Oregano, lemon and potatoes. Hummus and Tzatziki.

Friday

Stuffed Baked Tomatoes and Peppers with Greek Salad. Hummus and Tzatziki.
