The Flutec™ PC fluids are a range are high purity perfluorocarbons. They are lipophobic and hydrophobic forming a third phase, facilitating emulsion formulation. They have a high gas dissolving ability, excellent toxicological profile and a variety of other properties which make them a superb additive to cosmetic formulations.
